They don't have an actual customer service team, just a live chat feature. I've shopped with them before and it never took this long. When I told the chat person I wouldn't be coming back, they didn't seem to care. This is really frustrating.
The clothing selection is cute, but their return process is a nightmare. There's basically no customer service department to speak of. When I finally connected with someone, they said someone would contact me in three days, which never happened. A week after they received my return, they still have no idea where it is. I'm not coming back to shop here.
I've attempted to unsubscribe from their mailing list multiple times but they keep sending emails several times a week anyway. I even emailed customer support about it and got zero response. Totally disappointing.

Their online chat support is useless. I didn't want to return my recent purchase until 2023, but once I did, they said someone would get back to me in three days. A week passed with nothing. I had to reach out again and got the same response. Never again. The clothes are poor quality for what you're paying. Fashion Nova actually sends gift cards within a week and their service is way better. This company needs to fix itself or lose customers.
Great quality items for the price point. My package showed up five days after ordering, which was speedy. I'm happy with all three items I bought and will definitely order again.
Watch out. This place uses dishonest tactics. When you return something, they won't refund you directly so you end up disputing through your credit card. Then they turn around and keep your store credit because of their chargeback policy. Basically, if you report them, you lose everything. These practices are shady and wrong. Anyone dealing with this should file a complaint.
