This system has been fantastic for keeping my home safe while I'm at work. I really appreciate how compact the cameras are. One on my front porch actually caught who was hitting my mailbox repeatedly, and it turned out to be a school bus. I originally installed an Abode system when they first launched and was very happy with it for years. When I switched to other brands, I ended up missing what I had. Coming back to them was the right call. They've added tons of new stuff including cameras, interior sensors, and new panel options, and everything runs smoothly. I'm planning to keep expanding. Don't bother with SimpliSafe and the rest.

I've deployed multi-sensors throughout my place for motion, temperature, humidity, and light detection that trigger my automations. Phone location tracking works well in automations too. Chat through your Echo Shows using the door camera, or control smart switches with voice commands. For devices not on their supported list, IFTT bridges the gap so I can trigger my WiFi garage door to turn on the Z-Wave light. Help comes via phone or email for setup and configuration issues. They replaced a faulty sensor for free.
