When my cameras stopped working, I had to reach out to customer service several times and ended up purchasing replacements along with a new gateway since the old ones were outdated. Every rep who helped me was incredibly courteous and worked hard to resolve things quickly.
The email support was solid. My issue involved my gateway constantly losing its connection. The weak cellular signal in my area was causing the gateway to struggle. I relocated it several times until I found a spot with more reliable signal strength and that fixed it.
