Terrible Customer Service! Ordered 5 counter stools and received one damaged. They said they'd send a replacement and arrange for UPS to grab the broken one, which they did. Then when I asked about the replacement delivery, they told me it was sold out! Had to ship the other four stools back. What a disaster! This company is an embarrassment!

Total Misleading Marketing! They advertise a 20% discount just for signing up. But here's what actually happens: they slap a sale price on items, then add the 20% on top, making things cost WAY more than they should. And don't even get me started on their shipping fees. It's outrageous. Skip this place entirely.

They Won't Post Honest Reviews My negative review keeps getting blocked. Maybe they don't like hearing the truth? I wanted to warn people about how expensive it was to send back counter stools that were way too short for a standard counter height. They rejected it a second time saying it didn't meet their rules. I was just being truthful. Looks like this company doesn't appreciate honesty.

Got Scammed with Bait and Switch Tactics They kept bugging me with emails about 20% off site wide if I just handed over my email or cell number for texts. So I figured I'd give them another shot. Had about $700 worth of stuff ready to buy and waited for that discount code they promised. Nothing came except more spam emails about the same sale. I check back and realize the 20% off isn't exclusive to signups like they claimed. I look at my cart to see the discount applied and nothing. Not a single discount. The seasonal items I was buying, Christmas stuff from late January that should absolutely be marked down, had big red labels saying they don't qualify for the site wide discount. I get that companies do this, but it feels really deceptive.

Beautiful, Well Made Pieces Everything Arrived Perfect! Picked up two navy leather storage benches for my game room and they're absolutely stunning with no defects. Also got a cool dice themed side table that I absolutely love. Three wood frames with illuminated displays for my record albums, complete with remotes. Every single item has been fantastic.
