Great company with fantastic customer service and an excellent gaming chair that's really well made. I got an element series chair and bought the extra package protection through Route. When my order showed up, the box was in terrible shape - it had a big split going about three-quarters of the way around, crushed corners, and rips on the sides. I filed a claim with Route and sent them photos of the damaged box and the chair itself, which had a bent back brace. They basically did nothing, took forever to respond, and then rejected my claim anyway. Worthless service if you ask me. So I reached out to GT Omega directly, sent over some pictures of the damage, and told them what happened. They arranged to pick up the damaged chair and shipped me a brand new one right away. That's what I call real customer service. Lawrence Z even refunded me for that useless Route protection package. Really happy with how this turned out and the chair itself is awesome. Definitely recommend shopping with them without any worries.
