This place is fantastic. If they had a location closer to where I live, I'd be eating there constantly.
The staff here seriously needs to get it together. Nobody seems to actually listen when taking orders, so everything comes out wrong and incomplete. I ordered char grilled chicken sandwiches, and when they told me my food was ready, I got a salad instead. I told them that wasn't what I asked for, so they brought me a salmon sandwich which I can't eat because I'm allergic to fish. When my actual order finally showed up, nothing was prepared correctly. I was so upset I ended up giving my food to a homeless person nearby who actually appreciated it. This location in the area is a disappointment and won't get my business again. I had to go grab something from the convenience store just to get a decent meal.
Had possibly the worst experience at this location today and we're very disappointed. We've been regular customers at other Habit locations but this was our first visit here and it'll be our last. We ordered a grilled chicken salad with specific requests to remove onions, carrots, and cabbage and use romaine lettuce instead. We also got two orders of crispy chicken nuggets. When we checked the first salad, it had everything we asked them to leave out. They made a replacement and it looked good this time. But when we got to our destination and opened it to eat, there was cabbage at the bottom. On top of that, we only received one order of nuggets when we paid for two. We're really frustrated and won't be returning.
Wish I had one nearby because I'd go all the time. I drive half an hour to the closest one and it's totally worth it. Used to think Fuddruckers was the best, but this place is right up there with them.
Had a terrible experience with the customer service team here. We used to come regularly since it was convenient and the burgers were decent. But a few months back I was skipped over at the counter while other customers who arrived after me got served first. When I politely mentioned it to the server, she didn't seem to care at all. Even the manager I asked to help blew me off and made it seem like I was being unreasonable. I wasn't being loud or rude, just pointing out the issue. The crew at this location seemed too busy, too inexperienced, and too young to even try making things right. Not one person acknowledged the problem or made any effort to fix it. The manager just backed up the server instead of actually solving anything. If you want an overpriced burger where staff are always right and customers are always wrong, this is your spot.
