The service was always solid and I loved the products. But my most recent order never arrived even though they claim it was delivered. I have secure delivery boxes so I would definitely know if it got there. I've emailed them 5 or 6 times about it. At first they said to wait a few days and contact them again, but every time I called back they pushed me to wait another 5 days. This happened 3 different times and now it's been over 6 weeks. They eventually agreed to refund me, though honestly I would have just preferred they send it again. The refund that finally came through was only for 2.15 when the item cost 39.00. I've emailed twice more with no replies. This isn't like them at all, so something must be going on with the company.
I put in an order on New Year's Eve and it still hasn't shipped as of today. When I reached out to them via email, they apologized but couldn't give me any timeline for when my order would actually leave. Really let down by this company and wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
Like everyone else here, I ordered something in December and 40 days later I still don't see any shipping info. They took my money and my order, but nothing has actually shipped out. I've called customer service three separate times and get the exact same answer every time about it shipping at the end of the week. That's just not acceptable.
