I've tried calling multiple times but nobody ever calls back. I've sent emails repeatedly with no replies until I mentioned disputing the charges with my credit card company. Then they promised it would go out by the end of that week. Still nothing though, no shipping confirmation, no updates on where my order is. This customer service is absolutely terrible.
I've been buying their underwear for years, but recently had a really bad experience. My last order arrived with the wrong items in it. I've been trying to get it straightened out for over a month now by calling, emailing, and using their chat. Haven't gotten anywhere. The only help I got was an email asking me to send photos of what I got, which I did right away. Since then, nothing. No responses to my follow-up emails or calls. I've never experienced customer service this bad from any retailer before. I'm done with them for good.

Awful customer service. Stay away! I ordered internationally and it was delivered to my country, but then I couldn't do a return or get a size change at all. All you get is responses from their automated system.
They really came through in the end! After hearing absolutely nothing and losing over a hundred pounds for months, I figured this company wasn't worth my time and left a really negative review. Then out of nowhere a couple weeks ago, they sent an apology email with a refund offer as store credit. I was hesitant but the coupon went through and I got some beautiful items shipped to me super fast. I'm really happy with what I got. Not sure what the original issue was, but I have to say the way they fixed it was better than I could have hoped for.
Hanky Panky Lingerie is a complete con. Nobody answers the phone when you need to exchange or return expensive thongs. The return section on their website is broken. After wasting over an hour trying to find help and waiting for someone in their chat, I finally found the return button but it says the three-pack can't be returned. This is a scam!
Used to be a regular buyer here. They're not being honest about their friend and family 30% off deal. If you're thinking about ordering, be careful and check things out first. You can probably find the same discount through other places instead.
