Absolutely horrible. They stranded me in another country with a round trip ticket to New Zealand. My return flight on a specific date was supposed to be there, I had all my confirmation info, but when I got to the airport it was gone. They'd cancelled that route while I was overseas and gave me zero warning. I ended up having to pay over $850 for emergency flights to get back in time for my father's funeral. They offered about half of that. It felt cold and uncaring. Still waiting after five weeks for them to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and don't fly with them.

Won't be flying with them again. Our outbound flight from Tokyo to Honolulu had to return after two hours because a passenger got sick and there was no doctor on board. I get it happens, but they barely apologized and just passed out water and snacks to keep everyone quiet. The flight crew acts like passengers are an inconvenience, and several of them were pretty curt and rude. The planes are old and it shows, with falling apart seat backs and worn interiors. On the way back, one of our in-flight entertainment systems didn't work for the entire eight hours, so only one of us could watch anything. One kind flight attendant tried her best to find us another seat but the plane was full. Next time I'm paying extra to fly ANA on that route.
Absolutely terrible. We got stuck in Honolulu after their ticket machines went down and only two staff members were working. Long lines everywhere and they basically shrugged their shoulders, saying it wasn't their problem. Only option they gave us was a standby seat the next day. The seats are cramped and you literally can't lean back without jamming into the person behind you. We're canceling our credit card and never flying with them again.
Flew San Diego to Honolulu with a brand new surfboard and paid extra for special handling. Turns out special handling meant watching the baggage crew see how hard they could throw it around. The padded bag didn't stand a chance. When I complained, they sent me a legal document basically saying tough luck, and they won't take responsibility. If you're bringing anything you care about, think twice about flying with them.

Booked refundable tickets through a package deal back in 2020 and ended up canceling. They gave us a travel credit instead of a refund.
