Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company. The customer service team was unprofessional and rude on the phone. I purchased a flight and was told I'd get confirmation within a day. Nothing showed up. They charged me way more than the actual price. My flight cost around 1054 pounds but they pulled nearly 2500 pounds from my account and kept taking more. When I called asking for my money back because they didn't even have the correct airline info (one person said one airline, another said something different), they started charging me for verification. When I tried to stop the charge and just get a refund, they got hostile and threatened to keep all my money.
