I've reached out to them so many times, but they won't even acknowledge me or get back to me. Their website reviews are ridiculous - almost 800 five-star ratings with basically zero one-star or two-star reviews mixed in. It's obviously fake and doesn't add up.
They don't respond to customers at all - customer service is basically nonexistent. Back in early February, I ordered some colored sand for an event planned for late March. They confirmed my order and took my payment, but then nothing about shipping came through. By late February with still no package, I emailed asking them to cancel and refund me. I wanted confirmation it was cancelled and the money was back. After getting zero reply, I sent another email a week later. Instead of actually cancelling and refunding like I asked, they shipped the sand anyway even though I'd explicitly told them twice that I didn't want it because I'd already bought sand elsewhere. The sand arrived after my event had already happened. I emailed a third time asking for a refund and a return label so I could ship back what they'd sent me against my wishes. For over two months now I've been trying to get them to respond and I've gotten absolutely nothing back. I've also tried using their chat feature on the website with no success. It's not even a huge amount of money, so I could easily just swallow
