This is a total ripoff. Four months have passed since I paid for my order and it never showed up. I've reached out to them so many times, but they won't even acknowledge me or get back to me. The sand arrived after my event had already happened. I emailed a third time asking for a refund and a return label so I could ship back what they'd sent me against my wishes. For over two months now I've been trying to get them to respond and I've gotten absolutely nothing back. I've also tried using their chat feature on the website with no success. It's not even a huge amount of money, so I could easily just swallow
