The gummies were gross, sticky, and tasted awful. The expiry date printed on the package was way too soon. Neither company will swap out the product or refund my cash. Not very professional behavior. Because of that, I'm not shopping at that retail location or ordering from their website anymore. I did try purchasing again at different times and got better results those instances, so I'll just switch to another brand that actually cares about quality. It's disappointing that you don't value your customers.
Working with this company has been nothing but a headache. I bought some CBD gummies and had to enter my discount code twice at checkout. It worked the first time when I was looking at my cart but then vanished after I finished the purchase. I reached out immediately, and after waiting several days, they told me they'd refund me and cancel my order. This workplace is filled with racist behavior, racial discrimination, segregation, bias, unjust treatment, prejudicial attitudes, and unfair practices!!! I've never seen an HR team as bad as theirs, and there are four people in that department. Denise is the only one who actually cares and does her job right. The head of HR organizes events but deliberately leaves out the workers who earn less, particularly the Latino and Black employees. At Halloween she hosted an expensive party with around seven hundred and fifty dollars spent on giveaways. She posted flyers all over in English, so the whole company thought they were invited, everyone was excited. Then the day before, the Latino workers found out it was only for office staff. The HR director said she was confused how the LATINO employees even knew about the party since the announcements were only in English!! That's really messed up! After that, every event she plans, she approaches the Latino workers asking if they want to throw their own separate party. She recently hired a COO who worked for her at her last job. He goes around putting people down, calling them stupid, bragging about being smarter, walking past folks without even saying hello. His behavior is rude and self centered. The new HR person she brought in is problematic too.
