What Shoppers Say About High Fashion Home
High Fashion Home receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 13 reviews averaging 1.6 out of 5. The vast majority of complaints center on misleading product descriptions (such as concrete tops actually being laminate), extremely long delivery times (sometimes several months longer than promised), and restrictive return and exchange policies that charge restocking fees of 20% or more. Customers also report receiving damaged furniture with little recourse, unresponsive customer service, and refusals to honor warranties on paid services like white glove delivery. A small number of shoppers praise the design aesthetic and range of the product selection, but these positive experiences appear to be isolated exceptions.
The company's stated reason for not updating its website (a small team) and its unwillingness to offer returns or exchanges on damaged items have frustrated customers who expected standard retail practices. Multiple reviewers compare the experience unfavorably to competitors and advise others to shop elsewhere. The pattern of complaints suggests systemic issues with inventory management, product accuracy, and customer service rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentThey're misleading and not good at running a retail business. I bought an office chair and their website said allow 4 to 6 weeks for it to show up. After 6 weeks went by with nothing, I contacted them. Turns out they meant 4 months! They said updating their website would be hard because they have a small team. That's just lazy excuse making.
I ordered two nightstands and a dresser that showed up on time, but the dresser had dents and so did one of the nightstands. When I called customer service, they said no exchanges were available and that returns would cost me the shipping plus a 20% restocking charge. That ended up being almost half the price I paid for everything. The furniture itself is decent but their return policy is way too strict for an online retailer. I won't be ordering from them again.
Shopping at High Fashion Home totally changed how my place looks and feels. Their website immediately caught my attention with an amazing range of artistic, quality furniture and home décor. Every item seems like it was handpicked and crafted to help you create a bold, statement-making home.
As someone who works in interior design, I have to warn others away from this place. They won't allow returns even though most other companies like CB2 do. I also paid for their premium white glove delivery service, and the delivery team damaged my door. They won't cover the repair costs or refund me the $199 I paid for that service. If you're looking for furniture, work with someone who actually stands behind what they sell.
I ordered furniture in early October 2023 that wasn't delivered by late May 2024. Customer support kept telling me it was a custom piece, which supposedly explained the delay. By then I'd moved to another country, and they wouldn't refund or cancel it. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. Skip this company.
Extremely misleading. We bought a table advertised with a concrete top, and the product description clearly said concrete. When it arrived, it was actually wood with laminate on top. It was really disappointing to see how false the website listing was. We shipped it back immediately. They should be embarrassed about the way they describe items from their suppliers.
This feels like a scam operation. It seems like they're just dropping shipped items while pretending to be a real furniture business. I ordered a side table back in November 2021 with a February 2022 delivery estimate. They had me schedule a delivery window through their logistics partner, and I took time off work. The day before delivery, they canceled saying the logistics company never got the item from the manufacturer. Then they said it was lost, then out of stock and asked if I'd wait. I foolishly agreed. After months of ignored emails and non-answers, they finally said it'd arrive in September. I scheduled delivery through their logistics again. Delivery day passed with nothing. When I checked the tracker, the logistics company falsely reported that I refused delivery. This company is a complete mess with terrible support.
This has been the worst furniture buying experience ever. The furniture costs way too much, delivery fees are insane, and then they hire a third-party delivery service that apparently can't handle basic deliveries. When I contacted them about issues, they said it was my fault for not measuring every single detail of my doorway. Total scam operation.
