I dropped my MS03 light from 3 feet up and the bezel, lens, and reflector all broke off. Called Imalent for help and they told me to buy a new head section for 75 bucks, even though the whole light only cost 129. The torch wasn't abused - it just couldn't handle the fall from a height they promised it could survive. I'd bought a bunch of lights from them over the years but they didn't care about that. Now I'm done with them. If you buy one of their lights, keep it away from any drops or you'll be shelling out for pricey replacement parts.

My MS18 is just over a year old and the battery is already dead. For that price point, that shouldn't happen. I asked for a discount and got offered 20% off - poor service and no real respect for customers. The new battery I ordered won't arrive for over 6 weeks.

I've been into torches my whole life and loved the YouTube videos promoting this one, so I dropped money on an SR16. It claimed 1715 meters of beam throw and 55000 lumens output. What was I thinking? This is just a bright basic flood light like the 500 watt lights on my house - nothing special. The distance throw claim is ridiculous, and honestly I could probably throw the torch farther than the beam goes if my hand didn't get scorched. The fan is loud and annoying when it kicks on. Total waste of time and money, though I did manage to get a refund.

Got a torch that said it was from the UK store but it clearly came from somewhere else. The lamp head had impurities in it that will eventually burn and mess up the torch's performance. Spent 130 dollars on it and when I emailed them, never heard back. Don't buy from these people.
