Between the hefty shipping charges, the total came to around $50. When it showed up two weeks later, I was pretty disappointed. The "IronMate" graphic was completely off-center and tilted at an awkward angle. The shirt quality was honestly no better than something you'd find at a thrift store for five bucks, not what you'd expect from an official $50 purchase from the actual Ironman store.
This has been a nightmare to work with. I've ordered from them a couple times now, and their whole system is a mess. Their website has all sorts of issues. You can place an order, but then items go out of stock and they just ship whatever they have available. Here's what happened with my situation. I placed an order in mid-July, and a month went by before they got anything ready to send. They charged me once they prepared the shipment. I kept checking on my package and called multiple times to ask where it was. They claimed it had been delivered, but I never got anything. I spent an hour on the phone with the carrier, and found out they had sent it back due to damage. So I contacted the store through email since they won't pick up the phone. Their response was that they could only replace some items, and the damaged ones had already been restocked and given to someone else. They said they'd credit me for the loss, but then I got hit with charges for everything. They billed me for the original order from when it shipped, charged me again for items that never arrived, and basically triple-charged me for products still sitting in their warehouse.
Just awful. I tried placing an order and ran into issues right away. Sent them an email with no luck hearing back. Called and left a voicemail with nothing in response. Finally got through on a second call and they mentioned there was a technical problem. They sent a link to try ordering again, but it didn't work. The website wasn't cooperating either. They said the site was undergoing maintenance, which I guess I could accept. But after two more days with no improvement, I asked them to simply confirm my order and take payment manually. They refused. I needed this shipped by a specific date and had planned to use free shipping. Now that their system was down, they wanted me to pay extra for a faster carrier. Really unprofessional. Would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.
Absolutely no customer service here. You can't reach anyone by phone during regular hours, and they ignore your emails. I sent back a product I purchased and they acknowledged receiving it and said my refund was being processed. That was the last I heard. No refund ever came through, and I've been trying to get in touch with no response. I wish I'd done some quick research before placing an order. There are tons of complaints about this company online, and clearly they don't care enough to make any improvements.
