The burger itself was really great, but the service was pretty rough. Our waitress seemed disengaged and didn't really show much interest in how we were doing. It would help if the staff worked on being more personable and attentive to customers.

We got seated way later than expected even though the restaurant wasn't even busy. The server who seated us didn't introduce himself, and once we ordered, he brought our drinks and food pretty quickly. But then we had to ask multiple times for napkins and utensils, and we only ended up with one set. The whole experience felt pretty cold and unwelcoming. He never came back to check on how we were doing with our meal. I've eaten at other locations in different states and was treated much better. Definitely won't be returning to this one.

The restaurant had started serving cold food and overly dry chicken, which was disappointing. But I decided to give it another shot, and I'm so glad I did! The two team members working that night were super friendly and welcoming. The chicken was absolutely delicious and the fries came out hot and crispy. As someone pretty particular about their food, I'm definitely planning to come back again soon.

I'm not sure what's going on at my local location, but every burger I order comes out completely dried out. All the moisture seems to get cooked away, which is really frustrating. I understand that burgers need to be cooked through, but this is taking it way too far.
