Jo Malone went above and beyond by sending replacement samples when my original order went missing. I'll absolutely continue shopping with them because of how they handled that.

Big thanks to Sue Taylor and her team at the Jo Malone Royal Exchange. I booked the scent for two experience with my mother-in-law back in September and it was absolutely amazing. Sue was an incredible host and the care we received during and after was truly exceptional. Thank you all for making it such a special day!

I splurged on a large candle but it cracked after just a couple of uses. The customer care team replaced it right away without any questions or hassle, which was really thoughtful. The whole process was smooth and they were great to work with. That candle smells incredible and fills our entire home. Really appreciate the quick resolution!

Had a really excellent experience at Jo Malone Elys in Wimbledon today. I wanted to buy a gift for a friend going through a tough time but wasn't sure what to pick. Alexandra, who works there, was wonderful and showed me through all the options. I ended up getting a diffuser from the night collection, and she wrapped it beautifully. She also introduced me to lots of other items perfect for other friends and family. She's truly a gem, super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and sells. I'll definitely be back. I want to give a big shout out to the Cambridge branch staff. They were really passionate and knowledgeable about all the scents and products. The customer service was so warm, welcoming, and genuine. It was such an excellent experience overall.

Went to the Jo Malone store on Regent Street in London and got exceptional service from the manager Rachel. We picked up some new fragrances and were treated with real kindness and professionalism throughout. Yes, Jo Malone is pricey, but the visit felt like a real treat. Thanks so much, Jo Malone London!

I stopped by the Brighton store on a whim after work, still in my work clothes. The salesperson Tara didn't judge at all and was incredibly kind, informed, and took her time helping me test about 10 different scents. I found my perfect match in Basil and Neroli, plus I grabbed Pomegranate Noir as a gift. I've been loyal to Tom Ford for years, but honestly, the service I got here beats what you get at the department store Tom Ford counter. Props to Tara and the whole Brighton team for that level of professionalism and care!

Stopped by the Beverly location and had such a relaxing, wonderful time. The fragrances are absolutely gorgeous, and Emma's customer service was outstanding. I left with some great purchases and feeling like I smelled fantastic.

Jo Malone is just fantastic. I love the fragrances and the stores. Whenever I visit the St Albans branch, the staff greets me with such warmth. The manager George knows exactly what I like and always finds something perfect for me. Their new Tangy Rhubarb Cologne line is my latest find and I'm thrilled. I just adore everything about them.
