Terrible dealing with their corporate office. The salespeople are fed complete nonsense and motivated by dishonest practices. They'll charge your card more than you agreed to as well. Steer clear of this place.

Juvenon is a straight up scam. I ordered their Alpha-Male, Blood Flow, and Sucra-Low products and nothing worked at all. Total waste of money. When I asked for a refund, they turned me down saying I was outside the guarantee window. But here's the kicker: while I was using the stuff, they kept telling me I had to wait months to see results, then suddenly claimed that's past their refund period. They deliberately make you take it longer than their money-back guarantee lasts so they can keep your cash. Don't buy anything from this company because their products don't work.

My issue isn't with the products themselves, which I actually like, but getting them delivered is a nightmare. You never know when your order will actually arrive, especially in rural locations. They use the cheapest, most unreliable shipping combo you can imagine with UPS passing it off to USPS, and then both services point fingers at each other when something goes wrong. I expected that from USPS but not UPS. Top that off with useless customer service reps who have zero power to fix anything, and you're stuck with unsolved problems while senior management couldn't care less about anything but profit. If you're thinking about ordering from Juvenon, be prepared for a package that might never show up, like mine didn't. Seriously reconsider.

Customer service has really declined. I've been shopping with Juvenon for years but decided to stop. The service quality went downhill fast and I'm frustrated. A business lives or dies by its customer service, and Juvenon needs to get better. They used to have a solid team but got rid of them all to cut costs.
