Sorted by: Most recentI spent over 60 pounds on an order from Kaged UK and it's been a nightmare trying to get help. I had to download their app just to track my delivery. While other items I ordered elsewhere arrived fine, nothing came from Kaged UK. They sent me a couple of emails saying it was on the way, but the app never showed the package actually arriving. When I asked for a refund, they started sending responses to my spam folder saying I'd get my money back in three to five days. Honestly, I'm not holding my breath. This whole operation seems sketchy to me. I won't recommend spending your money here if you value your peace of mind. If my refund actually shows up in my account, I'll come back and update this, but I'm not optimistic.
