What Shoppers Say About Kin Euphorics
Kin Euphorics receives predominantly negative feedback from shoppers, with 1.6 out of 5 across 5 reviews. The most consistent complaints center on customer service failures: multiple reviewers report long delays in receiving tracking information and unresponsive support channels despite repeated contact attempts. Additional serious concerns include aggressive and unstoppable text message marketing (reviewers report blocking the number multiple times only to receive messages weeks later) and product quality issues, including damaged shipments with entirely destroyed cans and poor taste that does not match marketing claims about adaptogenic and nootropic benefits.
The limited positive feedback comes from one reviewer who ultimately rated the experience 4 stars after receiving a refund for a defective shipment, though even this reviewer noted the products had poor taste. Across reviews, shoppers express frustration that the company's stated values do not align with their actual customer treatment practices. Product efficacy is also questioned, with reviewers characterizing the offering as more focused on generating revenue than delivering functional benefits.

Sorted by: Most recentI made a purchase seven days ago and still haven't received any tracking info. I've tried reaching out twice through email and even sent direct messages on their social channels. You'd think a company with their kind of values and customer base would treat people better, but apparently not. Everything I've read from other people checks out. They clearly don't bother communicating, they don't seem to care much, their customer service is basically nonexistent, and they're totally fine taking your money without delivering. This whole experience has been a total letdown. Just stay away from this one.
I was actually interested in what they offer and planned to place an order. That all changed when they started hammering me with text messages that I can't seem to stop. I tried everything like texting STOP, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, basically all the standard requests. I've even blocked their number multiple times, but then a few weeks later the messages start right back up. I'm not going to give my money to a company that uses pushy marketing like this, especially one that clearly can't be bothered to respond to unsubscribe requests. It's a red flag for how trustworthy they really are.
This is basically just a cash grab dressed up as a health drink. The product doesn't work like they claim it does.
After weeks of frustration, I finally got my money back, but here's what happened first. I ordered the 4 flavor bundle which came with 16 cans, and they showed up completely destroyed and leaking everywhere. Not a single can made it through intact. I figured I'd give them a try anyway since they were already open, but honestly they taste pretty awful even without the carbonation. When I contacted the company about the damaged shipment and asked for a replacement or refund, things got really quiet. I must have sent 5 or more emails with zero response. No phone number available either. I checked out other review platforms and they're getting rated just as poorly there. Do yourself a favor and look into what people are saying about this company before you buy.
I placed an order on October 23rd to give their adaptogen and nootropic drink line a shot. I noticed they offered subscriptions during checkout and went ahead with it after reading through the subscription details on the purchase page. When the order arrived on October 25th, the drinks tasted pretty bad, so I got in touch with their support team about canceling my future orders. Here's where it gets frustrating: they flat out refused to cancel even though I pointed out their own cancellation policy that I had followed correctly. They had zero interest in helping and just wouldn't budge on canceling anything. The whole thing feels shady and wrong because nowhere on that order page or in their cancellation policy do they mention there's a mandatory 3 month subscription lock-in. Under automatic renewal laws, companies have to make the subscription terms super clear and easy to spot in the contract. They're also supposed to get your active permission for the automatic renewal before charging you the first time. After you agree, customers should be able to cancel without getting blocked. This company isn't following those rules.
