Customer service was helpful, but the lens quality left much to be desired. When my glasses arrived, I noticed circular marks on the lenses that become obvious when they get foggy. These marks look like they came from suction cup tools. I've never seen this problem before, and it seems to have affected my ability to see clearly at night. Unfortunately, the replacement pair had the exact same defect. I won't be ordering from Kits again.

I appreciated how smooth and efficient the whole thing went. They didn't ask for the original pair back, so I'm donating them to my eye doctor's office. Both frames were really well made and I absolutely love my second pair. The only frustrating part was that I initially picked frames from the progressive section, but when I got to the lens selection, the site said they weren't compatible with progressive lenses. But with so many great options available, I found another style I liked just fine. Overall, Kits gave me an excellent experience and I'm really happy with both the quality of the frames and their service.
