Got a new PC that should have come with Windows 11 Home, but when I turned it on the license key was already activated on someone else's machine. Sent emails to support and got nothing back for days. When they finally replied, they asked for the PC serial numbers even though they had my invoice. I sent the info but haven't heard anything since. It's now the holiday season and I can't use my computer until Windows gets activated. Really frustrating! UPDATE: After trying to use some old keys, they eventually sent me a new one that worked right away. But honestly, their support team needs to get better at handling these kinds of issues.

Had a terrible experience. I ordered a laptop and printer for Christmas gifts and they took my money right away. Then they cancelled the whole thing without telling me. I sent an email asking what was going on and still haven't heard back. Called three days later and they said they thought the order was coming from outside Ireland even though my address and payment method were both Irish. My money still hasn't shown back up and Christmas is coming fast. I needed those gifts and now I'm out the cash and time. They basically just said oh well.
