Ordered a medium fries but when I got home and opened them up, they looked more like a small portion. Since I already had a burger and was tired, I didn't go back. This is honestly why I rarely eat out and just cook at home instead. Paid $3.60 for what felt like short portions.
The mobile app for ordering the Pick 5 is really frustrating. You can't customize your order the way you want it, like if you need more than one of the same item. On top of that, it won't even let you finish placing the order.
Ordered breakfast at a location around 9:55 in the morning. Had my heart set on the three egg breakfast with a biscuit, tots, extra bacon, and orange juice, but they told me it wasn't available. Decided to get something else instead and paid for it anyway. No fresh biscuits and no tots ready that morning. About three minutes after I left the counter, suddenly a biscuit appeared for one of my friends. The toast was honestly gross, straight in the trash. The whole breakfast arrived cold. Waiting that long for mediocre food just isn't worth it. I won't be coming back.
Krystal's hot dogs and fries are amazing, and I'm obsessed with their lemonade. It's so good. The location in Decatur is fantastic and I really think everyone should try it out.
I've noticed the fast food industry has gotten pretty shady lately. Went to a location and ordered a regular combo. At the window, I got a drink that looked way bigger than regular size, so I asked the employee about it. She said yes it was regular, but my receipt showed they charged me for a large instead. The manager wouldn't even come to the window, just had the employee hand me 50 cents and apologize. I'm done with this place. The burgers were cold and squished in the boxes, and the fries were cold too. I've tried complaining to corporate before but it seems like they don't really want to hear honest feedback as long as money keeps coming in.
