Used to be solid, but quality has really gone downhill. I've had so many recent problems that it makes me hesitant to place orders anymore. On my last purchase, they waited five days then just cancelled it with no real explanation except saying it was out of stock. If it was truly out of stock, why didn't they update their website when I bought it? On top of that, I'd used $21 from my rewards balance toward that order, and they never refunded those points I'd accumulated over several years. Just vanished without explanation.

Some of the most frustrating customer service I've ever dealt with. They shipped me a fragrance that was completely different from what I ordered. When I called to complain and request a refund, the representative was extremely rude. Then I got an email survey asking about my experience, so I left an honest negative review explaining the wrong item was sent. Their reply basically told me to go shop somewhere else and thanked me sarcastically for the bad review. That alone says everything you need to know about how they operate.
