Terrible experience with this company. I had to chase them down to get my order shipped at all. When they finally sent tracking info, it never updated. I reached out and was told to just wait. When I followed up again, they said the item was available for pre-order again with another month of waiting, but suggested I wait until Monday to see if it showed up. Monday came and I still didn't have it, so I messaged them. Suddenly they're telling me it's out of stock! This is seriously unprofessional. You'd never see this kind of incompetence from real businesses. For what they're charging, the service should be way better. I'd advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

The quality is way too low for how much they charge. I got the wrong items sent to me and then I couldn't even get ahold of customer service to fix it. Getting them to respond is basically impossible. Plus they sent me another wrong item! This whole experience has been a nightmare.

I'm glad I took a chance on this place even though I was worried based on some reviews. I just got 3 tops that I absolutely love and they're even better in person than I hoped! They're adorable and the quality is great. I'm 5'7" and wear a medium, and everything fits perfectly. This site really came through for me and I'm definitely going to shop here again.

I should have read the reviews first! The photos on their website look way better than what actually arrives. What I got was nothing like the pictures. The dress I ordered had terrible stitching and looked like cheap material badly sewn together. It honestly seemed like a joke when I opened the package. The quality is so poor I can only assume they're selling rejected inventory from overseas. I'm glad I only ordered one item because I would've been really upset if I bought more. I'm disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I ordered an outfit for my daughter's Christmas and the receipt said free returns. That's not true at all. They only do exchanges or store credit, and only within 30 days or you're stuck with whatever you got. The quality is poor and this place needs to shut down before they scam anyone else. I wish I could give them zero stars.

You're paying too much for clothing that's just not worth it. The return policy isn't transparent at all. Store credit is the only option and they give you significantly less than what you actually paid for the items.

The clothing quality is disappointing and the customer service policies are terrible. Companies like this use misleading tactics to get you to buy, but then they nickel and dime you at every turn. They hide their return policies and won't issue refunds, plus they make you pay to ship items back. The clothes themselves are just okay at best. It might be acceptable if they were upfront about all this before checkout, but they're not.
