After about a year and a half of working fine, my unit started having issues where it's not processing the liquid properly. I've sent a ton of emails and kept getting treated like I don't know how to use the machine. Now I'm told I'm past warranty and can only get 20% off to replace it.
Bought their gummy mixer and the plastic lid came cracked right away during use. They sent a replacement but the same thing happened. Then they sent another one and it broke the same way. After the third lid failed, they said they'd design a better one and never followed up. When I asked about the new lid I saw on their site, they told me I was past warranty. The device itself was about $100, and they wanted $40 with shipping to send me a tiny rubber piece as their redesigned fix for the defective lids they kept sending. This company is honestly terrible. Some of their stuff might be okay, but if anything goes wrong, they'll leave you hanging.
The product quality is really bad. The plastic latch that holds the lid snapped after roughly 22 months. Once that happened, the sensor stopped recognizing when the lid was closed and the cycle won't start. I looked this up and found it's a super common problem. There's even another review on here with the exact same issue. It's obvious the warranty only covers a year because the machine isn't built to last any longer than that.
The service here is pretty bad. They did send emails back, but that's about it. My order sat for three weeks without shipping and I couldn't get a delivery estimate no matter how many times I asked. I needed this as a gift before the holidays, and with only a week left, this delay made it impossible. They knew from my first message that timing was critical. Despite emailing multiple times, nothing changed. The only apology came after I pointed out how a simple 'sorry' matters, and even then it took four emails and didn't feel genuine. There was zero accountability and no real fix, so I cancelled the whole thing. I won't be ordering from them again and can't recommend them to anyone.
This thing is poorly made. The top snaps off easily - just search online and you'll see tons of complaints about it. Mine broke after a year, which put it past the warranty period. The device is basically worthless since they won't fix anything. I'm out about $300 for this disaster.
Skip this brand. I bought one in spring 2024 and used it without issues three times. On the fourth use, it wouldn't turn on. The company forced me to buy extra coverage just to get a replacement for their broken unit. They sent a replacement after I paid more, but it didn't work straight out of the box. Then a third unit arrived, and it also didn't work from day one. Three broken machines in a row tells you everything you need to know. This is the worst company and worst product I've ever dealt with, period. After sending two defective units, they still didn't bother testing a working one before shipping the third broken one. I want to shout from the rooftops that nobody should buy from this brand.
Update: LEVO reached out after my first review and said they'd fix things and send the right part. Still a huge hassle and probably only happened because of the negative review. Original problem: I ordered their large infuser and when I checked out, the website automatically suggested adding another Pod, saying it would be convenient. Seemed fine so I grabbed it for around $50 extra. What showed up was a tiny pod that doesn't fit the infuser I bought. I went back to their site but couldn't find customer service info anywhere. I sent an email to a general address with no response. Found another support email through a search and resent it a week later. Their reply basically said 'No Returns, but here's 10% off your next purchase.' It feels like bait and switch on the website and basically no real customer service. LEVO doesn't seem to care much about making things right.
Got mine in late May and it worked once. Then I reached out for help and nothing happened for over a week and multiple tries. No support at all, just a shipping label and a demand that I send back the broken item with everything including all original packaging, manuals, and documents. Because my new broken device with a receipt and serial number apparently isn't enough proof. Meanwhile I'm getting bombarded with promotional emails and they're bragging about 2-day shipping on new orders with no issues. Makes it clear what matters to them, and it's not customer care. It's just about making the sale. I'm stuck with this company because by the time they actually responded, I'd missed the return window. You could try a different brand instead. Wish I had.
