I contacted customer service and they said someone would reach out about scheduling the pickup. Here's the problem: they won't give me my money back until they have the treadmill. It's been over a week since I first asked about scheduling and I still haven't heard anything from them.

What a nightmare. I bought a treadmill and standing desk combo on June 19 and they charged my account $1800 immediately, even though it wasn't in stock until later in the month. No order updates or tracking info came my way, but at the end of June a box arrived with just the desk top. Nothing else. No legs, no parts, completely unusable while I wait for the treadmill. I emailed them and got a response saying the treadmill would ship July 6, but zero tracking or status updates since then. I also have no clue when the rest of my desk will arrive. I've sent multiple emails and even called but gotten nothing back. If I don't get answers in the next day or two, I'm calling my bank to dispute this as fraud.
