Lolë Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Lolë
Lolë receives universally negative feedback from shoppers, with all reviews rating the company at one star. Customers report severe issues with customer service, citing unanswered emails, lack of phone support, and staff that fail to follow up on inquiries. Multiple reviewers encountered problems with return policies, including being denied returns on sale items without clear disclosure at checkout, and experiencing product quality issues such as stretched fabrics after minimal wear. Several shoppers also questioned the company's authenticity as a Canadian brand, noting that pricing appears in US dollars and products do not ship from the stated Montreal location.
Beyond service failures, reviewers describe frustration with product inconsistencies (such as mats advertised identically but arriving without promised straps) and what they perceive as unresponsive manufacturer support that redirects customers to retailers rather than addressing defects directly. The consistent theme across reviews is a lack of respect for customers, with one shopper describing the company as "out to make money" with no genuine commitment to standing behind its products or supporting those who purchase them.

Sorted by: Most recentI tried purchasing a coat and returning it due to sizing issues. What a disaster. The biggest problem is that they claim to be a Canadian brand but everything is priced in US dollars and all their reviews are from the US. I'm not even sure where it shipped from, but it wasn't from Montreal. That's pretty dishonest.
Be careful with this company. I bought something on sale and wanted to return it because of sizing but was told it was final sale. Nothing at checkout or on my receipt mentioned that sale items can't be returned. They wouldn't budge and offered no apology or explanation. They clearly don't respect their customers. I'll never shop there again.
The staff here really needs better training on their own product line. I still haven't gotten any help regarding my purchase, and it's frustrating that nobody has bothered to follow up with me about it.
I bought their mat a second time and was told this version didn't come with a strap, but it was identical to the first one. After I complained, the manager completely ghosted me. Their customer service is terrible and I won't be getting their mat again. This company is just out to make money.
After wearing the dress once without washing it, the sleeves and neckline were already stretched out. I reached out to Lolë but they told me to contact the retailer instead. That doesn't make sense since Lolë is the manufacturer. They won't stand by what they make, so I'm done shopping with them.
I'd give them zero stars if possible. Don't place an order with them. There's no customer service at all. No phone support and emails go unanswered. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting and non-existent. They deserve to fail because of how they treat customers.
Their customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order that seemed to fail, so I put in another one right after. Both ended up going through. I tried to contact someone through email, Facebook, and Instagram but nobody has helped me. I won't order from them again. I can't return the duplicate order because they're marked final sale. I'm stuck with two identical orders and this is really unethical. They could have blocked the shipment or at least let me send one back.
I'd give them zero stars if I could. I paid for a jacket but got sent a dress instead. I've emailed customer service many times with zero response. I never received what I ordered and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I wish I'd checked the reviews before buying. Stay away from this place.
My order from three weeks ago still hasn't shipped. Getting responses from them takes forever, and they constantly claim they have too many inquiries. There's no phone line to actually call someone. They had major warehouse issues but never told any of their customers about it. Guess this passes for Canadian customer service? I'm switching to American companies from now on.
I've bought two of their coats over the years, a puffer and a winter coat, and both have had broken zippers. Getting the zipper fixed on one cost almost as much as buying a new coat. Don't bother ordering from them. Quality is really disappointing, especially when you want to support a Canadian company.
