Two weeks ago I ordered two jackets but never got a tracking number. I've sent multiple emails to support and haven't heard back. This was my first time ordering from them and I'm really let down. I have no idea if my 500 dollar package will show up or how to track it. They're the worst company I've ever ordered from.
I ordered several items meant as gifts, but they arrived in an open bag held shut with packing tape. Anyone could have accessed them without any effort. Sure enough, something was missing. Good luck reaching their customer service because they won't respond. Email is your only option and they ignore those. No phone number exists. Don't order unless you're okay with them keeping your money.
Watch out for their sales. I ordered a black shirt and black dress but got bright pink and mint green instead. The order confirmation showed the correct colors, but apparently the website hadn't been updated. They want me to pay for return shipping to get a refund. Obviously I wouldn't have picked those colors. This company has lost my business permanently.
Returned two items but got no refund and terrible customer service. I sent my return in April and asked about the refund in May. They didn't answer. I followed up again later and got nothing. Sent another message early June and finally heard back that they had a lot of requests to handle. It's now mid-June and still no refund. Their service is completely unacceptable.
