Ordered a dozen golf balls and they only sent me nine.

Grabbed 96 TP5x balls for around $155 and honestly didn't expect much at that price point. Most of them looked pretty good when they arrived with barely any blemishes, so I wasn't complaining. But then I got curious and sliced open about 10 of them to investigate. Every single one had a TP5x core inside, but here's the thing - the outer coverings looked different from each other. I compared them to some brand new TP5x I bought separately and cut those open too. Same cores, yeah, but the shells were clearly not original. When you actually play with them, they perform like TP5x mostly, but they're really fragile. Hit them against a tree, cart path, or branches and they'll crack up and fall apart on you.

I was all set to pull the trigger on five dozen TP5x balls at twenty-four bucks a dozen for over one hundred bucks total. Not happening anymore. I got five dozen Tour Response Stripe previously and decided to scrap the whole plan after reading about all the other people having the same issues. My last shipment dragged on for two weeks or more, and half the balls weren't actually mint condition. Look, I know you don't get something for nothing, but these are probably all salvaged from murky Florida water, and once golf balls sit underwater for days they degrade. I've noticed inconsistency in my blue striped Tour Responses too - some feel hard and clunky. It's frustrating when you think about the cash spent on drivers and putters. So I'm going back to buying brand new direct from the manufacturers. Pulled back from almost spending another hundred dollars and I'm glad. Fresh balls straight from Taylor Made or Titleist with custom stamps sound way better. Done with used balls for real this time.

I've been a loyal customer for years and used to be happy with my purchases. Unfortunately my last two orders have been way below standards. Nothing came close to the quality they advertised and the support team wasn't much help either. They sent the wrong type of golf balls, didn't apologize, just emailed me a return label. Not interested in ordering from them anymore. Really disappointing.

Got a box of Titleist Pro V1s delivered to my door, and I was impressed with the pricing. The shipping speed was fantastic too. When I tore open the packaging, I was really happy with what I found inside - these balls looked like they'd never been touched, with zero dings or wear on them.

I ordered five dozen Titleist Pro V1x marked as Mint condition. Thanks for processing my order, but I've got to be honest - I'm really disappointed. Too many of these balls came with scuffs, stains, and discoloration. Out of the 60 balls, roughly half of them are nowhere close to what Mint should look like. I've bought Mint condition balls from another company in the past and they were pure white with zero marks. This order doesn't compare. Earlier last week I got some PXG balls that were in much nicer shape with only a couple scratches, and those were fine. These Titleist balls though? Pretty frustrated with the quality.

Paid for new balls but ended up with used ones instead. I ordered what they label as 5A Mint, which should be older stock that's never been used. These people are running a scam and their whole discount business model to sell new balls at used prices is misleading. Don't trust their marketing.

Stay away from this company. I'm serious. Picked up some Titleist balls and the rubber coating started peeling and fraying up. Can't use them in actual matches because they're unplayable. They sent me a replacement batch but same problem. Won't back up their product. Look at the other complaints out there and you'll see this business is heading downhill. Skip them and keep your cash.

I always go with the near mint option and every ball looks and feels fresh out of the box. So what if you spot a random company name or a line around the number now and then? These look and play like brand new stuff. Plus the free shipping when you spend over eighty-nine dollars is awesome. My golf crew and we all chip in together to buy bulk, then we do this hilarious draft where everyone picks their own set of balls for the year. Seriously, go order from these guys right now!
