The mattress feels good and the frame looks nice. The bedding quality is solid too. But their customer service is really frustrating. Everything except the mattress came in super fast, within 4 days no problem. The mattress though? Nothing but silence. I ordered mid-March and didn't hear anything until I reached out on chat four days later. They told me I was in a small batch of delayed orders and they were keeping an eye on it. Four more days pass with no update, so I called and got some automated message about shipping delays due to the pandemic. Same story about monitoring my order. When I pushed for real answers, they finally said 3 to 10 days for shipping and promised an email. That email never came. Now it's late March and still nothing. I called back demanding answers and now it's suddenly 3 to 15 business days, plus they offered a small discount on a future purchase which felt like an insult. They keep saying they'll email me with updates but nothing actually comes through.

Great experience overall with speedy delivery and solid product quality. The ordering process went smoothly and I got my confirmation right away. My pillow showed up in just a couple days, which was impressive and matched what they promised on the site. My only complaint is the packaging could have been better. It came in just the pillow's own box with nothing protecting it on the outside, so the box took some damage during transit. Thankfully the pillow itself was fine, but if I'd been giving this as a gift, I would have been pretty upset about how it looked when it arrived. The pillow itself is fantastic though. Super soft and fluffy with a really nice cotton cover that feels great. It's way more comfortable than I expected it to be. I tested it out the first night and was blown away by how good it felt. I'm actually thinking about getting another one for my husband because I love it so much. I'd definitely shop with them again and wouldn't hesitate telling friends and family about this company.
