Would give zero stars if possible. Shipping takes over 2 months and that's IF it even arrives. They brand themselves as South African but actually ship from somewhere awful that takes forever. The products probably won't even be good after waiting that long anyway. The service is horrible.

This product is a total letdown. It didn't improve a single thing. Pure waste of money and their refund guarantee is a joke since you can't actually get your money back. Don't bother with it.

I ordered a candle as a gift for my grandchild. When I got the order confirmation, I realized it was shipping to my address instead of the recipient's. I asked if they could fix it and they said no. I asked if I could cancel and reorder with the correct address and again they refused. It arrived at the wrong place and I had to pay an extra $16 to get it sent where it was supposed to go. Will definitely not order from them again.

Total rip off. The product just doesn't work. I wish I'd seen the other reviews first. Honestly feels like hardened Vaseline. It's awful on delicate skin, applies like a crayon, and leaves a heavy shine that makes bags under your eyes more visible, not less. Their ads claim results in minutes which is completely false. The company won't communicate and based on other complaints, I'm not getting my refund. Lost $150 NZ that I worked hard for.

DO NOT use this company. I ordered on the 25th of February and nothing has been delivered. I sent six emails about it. They kept saying they were contacting the courier but a week went by with no updates. I asked for a refund and they haven't responded. This is totally unacceptable behavior. Learned an expensive lesson here.

Straight up scam. Don't waste your cash on this junk. I used just one of the three items I paid £79.23 for and it's useless. I'm not even bothering to ask for my money back because I know that's pointless and I'll just lose more time and money fighting them. Any retailer selling or promoting this on their site is helping push the new wave of fraud.

These people are thieves, no question about it. I'd rate them negative if I could. The whole company should shut down. Absolute disgrace. I'm over $100 short because they never sent my refund. Had to contact my lawyer about it.

Being honest here, this stuff is absolutely terrible and doesn't deliver on any of its promises. It comes in stick form and the texture is rock hard. Trying to apply it on the fragile eye area would cause real damage. I've switched to using it as a lip balm instead. If you want something that actually works, get My Perfect Eye. Save yourself and don't buy this product. I really wish I'd read reviews before spending my hard earned money on this dreadful thing. Just to be clear, nobody asked me to write this and nothing could make me say anything different. It's just a bad product and I want my money back.
