The owner responded super fast and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. I needed a custom jump ring made to work with my current chain and it turned out perfect. Ordering was straightforward and staying in touch was painless. Best part was getting it in just 4 days all the way from Canada to the UK. I bought 2 14k gold charms from this company as a tribute to my 2 dogs. When they arrived, I was caught off guard by how tiny they actually were, though they looked nice. I attached both to a single necklace that I wear constantly. About 4 months after getting them, one of the charms mysteriously fell off and I've lost it completely. The only explanation is that the attachment ring must have been defective. I was really hurt about it since these charms held deep meaning for me, so I reached out to Luxe Design. Their customer service response was disappointing and lacking any real empathy. They just offered me a 20% discount to buy another one, without even admitting there might have been a problem with the ring itself. I'm not interested in ordering again since my trust in their quality has been shattered, and I'm holding off on wearing the remaining charm until I can get the ring replaced by a proper jeweler.
