Sorted by: Most recentIf there was a way to give them zero stars I absolutely would. The box showed up empty. There was no wine in it and no gift card either. Their customer service is awful. They won't do anything to fix the problem. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. They took my money and gave me nothing.
I have to say I'm agreeing with what other people have written here. They apparently didn't want to post my own negative feedback though. You'd be better off shopping somewhere else. The communication was really poor. My wine showed up way too late and I missed the event I was planning to celebrate. I haven't even opened it yet because I'm worried about whether it's still good. The refund they gave me wasn't nearly enough to make up for it. From May all the way through July I was waiting for this to show up.
17 days have gone by since I placed my order. There's no tracking number so I don't even know if it's shipped yet. Nobody picks up the phone or responds to emails. Heads up to anyone thinking about buying from them.
This was horrible and honestly makes me wonder if this is some kind of scam. The problem is that packages need a signature. They told me it would get here on October 29th. It didn't show. Then they said it was running behind and would arrive October 30th between 10:20 and 2:20. Still nothing. I made sure someone was home both days to sign for it. I asked them to give me my money back. How are people supposed to sit around at home all day just waiting? And then the package doesn't even show up when they say it will. I will not order from Manos again. I'm pretty sure this is one of those foreign companies that just uses US addresses. That's the only time I see this kind of stuff happen.
We were really looking forward to ordering customized wine bottles to celebrate a big team championship win. We even told a bunch of friends about it because we were so excited. Unfortunately it turned into a major letdown, and the company's response made it even worse. They charged us for the bottles and for getting them delivered. We ended up never getting the order despite rearranging our schedule to be home when it was supposed to arrive. When we asked for our money back they said they understood we didn't have the product but refused to refund us anyway. We had to contact our credit card company to dispute the charges ourselves. The real problems were the company's customer service and their delivery partner. I spent a lot of time on the phone with people from the delivery company including drivers and the office, and everyone told me something different. My wife even took time off work to be there and the delivery never happened like they promised. Watch out before you buy. This whole thing has been a nightmare and it's still not resolved.
