I honestly can't say anything positive about this place. They're operating the same way as other problematic shoe retailers out there, and I suspect they just launched under a new name to escape their terrible reputation. The service is just as disappointing, and good luck trying to reach anyone with questions. They keep items on backorder even when they're not in stock, and they won't let you cancel the order no matter how hard you try.
