I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a bottle plus some extra copper caps, but my delivery only had half of what I paid for. The caps weren't included. I reached out to customer service many times, but they turned down both a refund and sending me a replacement. The 2 to 5 business day delivery window isn't realistic to promise customers. This company really needs to set better expectations from the beginning, especially when running sales or dealing with busy seasons. The communication side of things needs serious work. Using an AI chatbot for customer service is fine, but the real issue is making sure shipping and tracking details are accurate. In the UK, getting a Royal Mail tracking number doesn't actually mean your package has been handed over to Royal Mail yet, so there's a real gap there that needs fixing. I backed this company on a crowdfunding campaign years ago and got two plastic A5 bottles that I still use regularly. The flat shape actually works great for me since I carry it between different spaces and a round bottle doesn't fit right with my stuff. Because of that, I went ahead and bought the stainless steel A6 despite thinking it's pricey for what it is, since it's not even insulated. As you grow bigger, I hope you figure out how to manage your supply chain and shipping better, and really work on talking to customers to avoid all these complaints. I ordered the steel bottle in late November and it didn't arrive until mid-December.

This is a scam. I placed an order through their website with a promised delivery window of 2 to 5 business days. After a week passed with no updates on my order, I sent them an email asking where it was. They got back saying the bottle I wanted was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in, so they offered a full refund. I accepted it but the money never showed up. I followed up with them multiple times and got nothing back. I had to contest the charge with my bank to get the money back.
