Awful experience. We ordered items back in May with a guaranteed two to three week delivery window. Two and a half months later, I had to chase them down multiple times just to get an answer. Turns out they never got the shirts from their supplier but never bothered to let me know. I missed my event entirely because the shirts never arrived, and now it's three months with still no update or any promise of when I'll get them. Very unhappy and will never work with them again.

Our experience was really great when we ordered embroidered zip-ups for our staff and customers to celebrate our company's 25 year anniversary. The embroidery on our logo was actually better than what we were hoping for, and the shipment came right on schedule! The company advertises products they don't actually stock. It then takes several weeks before they bother telling you about it. When my order showed up, the embroidery looked really poor quality.
Really bad embroidery work. Please don't order from them! I ordered both men's and women's versions of North Face Black Tech Soft Shell Jackets. I figured the bulk purchase would be worth it just for the quality jacket itself, not really the logo. I got a confirmation email showing PHOTOS with logos that looked properly sized and positioned on the left chest as I requested. Then came an email asking me to approve the logo, but it only showed the logo itself and measurements, not the jacket. Without having the actual item to see the scale, I trusted the original photos they sent me showing the full jacket with logo. I gave the okay. When the jackets arrived, the logo was ridiculously oversized compared to what was shown in their initial photos. I won't wear these or give them as gifts. When I contacted customer service, they said they couldn't help because I'd approved the measurements. They mentioned in their terms that it might look different than the sample, but the difference was way too extreme! If you want something subtle and professional looking, stay away from this company.
Super helpful customer service and super fast delivery. Plus I got some really good discounts too. All around great!
