I contacted them two weeks ago with details about what was wrong and still haven't heard any solutions. At this point it's too late to give the items to my team, so I had to buy replacement merchandise from another vendor. It wouldn't be so bad if this wasn't premium merchandise at premium prices. Really disappointed with their support.
