My package has been stuck in transit for over 3 weeks now, and it's been sitting in Germany for 10 days with no action from them. Update: After trying multiple times to get them to look into it, the package ended up being lost. If they had stepped in sooner, this probably wouldn't have happened. The poster I wanted was a limited edition that's already sold out, so they can't even send me a replacement. This is unacceptable. I've been a huge Metallica fan for over 35 years, but I can't support a company that treats customers like this anymore.
I made a mistake and bought an overpriced poster, so I right away tried to cancel. Sent in three separate support tickets but got no confirmation on any of them, and the item shipped anyway.
First and only time ordering. Got hit with over 300 in customs fees, then they lost my hat. When I asked for a replacement, they wanted me to pay even more customs charges. Total damage was close to 700 after currency conversion. Been a dedicated fan for 37 years and even a member of the fan club, but this whole thing left me feeling disrespected and let down. Never buying from them again.

Bought a hoodie from the official Metallica store and felt completely cheated. It's supposed to be official merchandise but honestly looks like something you'd find on a street corner. No internal tags, no labels, nothing showing it's actually from Metallica. I found a similar Metallica jacket at H&M that looked way nicer and higher quality for the exact same price. When I tried to return it, I had to pay for shipping, which cost almost as much as the hoodie itself. Really disappointed. Can't recommend the official site. The stuff doesn't match what you pay for it, and their return policy makes it even worse.

Got a Metallica shirt for my grandson and it arrived pretty quickly, but the actual shirt was really disappointing. There's no tag on it and it was made in Mexico (the writing inside is barely visible). The material is so flimsy you can almost see right through it. They claim on their site that they want to hear feedback, but there's no email or contact option anywhere.
I ordered and paid for 4 shirts at the beginning of December. They sent an email on December 14th saying they shipped, but they didn't actually ship them. Here we are on Christmas Eve and the shirts still haven't gone out. These were supposed to be my son's main Christmas present. I'm furious. Never ordering from this place again. This ruined my family's Christmas. Don't waste your money with these people.
