Total scam operation. My items never arrived and all I get from them is robot responses. Can't get any real help or my money back. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

My order showed up missing some items and they flat out won't give me money back for what I didn't receive.

Has anyone gotten a response from Mielle Organics? I ordered, never got my stuff, never got my money back, and good luck trying to actually speak with someone. I'm convinced this company is operating as a scam.

Never got my Type 4 collection box or the other stuff I ordered in early June. Dealing with Mielle has been an absolute nightmare. Would've just grabbed it at Walmart or Target if I'd known. Their system says fulfilled but nothing was actually delivered. No products, no refund. Unreal. Someone promised the refund would come in 3 to 5 days and now we're at two weeks with nothing. Update: finally got a shipment but the detangling comb was missing. They closed my ticket so I guess I'm not getting that either. They should tell customers when something won't ship instead of lying. Customer service is basically nonexistent here. Shop at Target or CVS for these products, just get them in person instead of hassling with their website.

Even one star is too generous for what happened. A month passed between my purchase and today with nothing to show for it. My money went through but the order status never moved from unfulfilled. They've also removed the chat feature from their website entirely and when you call corporate they just send you back to the website. They won't cancel or refund, blaming it on a recent big sale. A whole month is completely unacceptable. Updates keep coming from them pretending they chatted with me online which never happened. This operation is a scam. Check out the other reviews and you'll see this happens all the time. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Not ordering from them ever again. They're totally unprofessional and don't follow their own terms and conditions. Said 1 to 7 days to process and emailed me to confirm that timeline. Time went by with no updates or shipping info. When I called them out on it, suddenly they need 14 days just to process. Apparently they had a sale so they can't handle orders fast. If you push back, they won't cancel or give refunds. Incompetent to the point of sending me another customer's personal details by mistake. They think they can keep treating people this way but chargebacks exist for a reason.

I've been really pleased with how Mielle takes care of their customers. When I got sent the wrong bundle, they let me keep it and still sent me the correct one at no extra charge. The whole team was fantastic to work with and made everything super easy. Their products are great and it's clear they actually care about making customers happy. They've definitely earned my loyalty.

They're refusing to give me my money back for an order. All they'll do is offer me store credit for a product they don't even have in stock. I want an actual refund, not to keep dealing with this company.
