I compared this brand's top expedition crew and quarter zip shirts to Under Armour's 4.0 base layer and honestly Under Armour performed significantly better in cold weather testing. For what Minus 33 charges, the shirts feel thinner than expected and don't deliver the warmth their temperature ratings suggest. I'm not trying to trash the company, just sharing real field experience from wearing both at 30 degrees. One Under Armour base layer outperformed two of their expedition layers worn together.
