Would advise against purchasing from this company. Their support and software come from overseas and just aren't reliable. If you're considering buying anything, please skip the Tetra Keyboard Mobile Monitor at all costs. All it's done is create frustration, letdowns, and wasted hours dealing with their customer service team. The software is sketchy and full of screens I don't trust, it doesn't sit right on my MacBook, and frankly it doesn't even function properly. Sure, if it actually worked I might be able to get past everything else. But it doesn't. And their support team? Might as well be talking to nobody. You'll find more help yelling into a canyon.
