What Shoppers Say About Moleskine
Moleskine is receiving overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting severe issues across customer service, order fulfillment, and website functionality. The most common complaints involve non-responsive support teams, unexplained shipping delays stretching weeks beyond promised timelines, and difficulties navigating the website during checkout. Several reviewers describe feeling ignored after contacting the company through multiple channels and receiving no response or unhelpful replies.
Additional frustrations include unexpected product substitutions that resulted in overcharges, recent format changes to popular planners that reduced usability (particularly weekend layouts), and defective products that were not promptly replaced. Long-time customers express disappointment that the brand appears to have lost sight of customer satisfaction, with some stating they plan to discontinue purchasing altogether due to these experiences.

Sorted by: Most recentLike other customers have mentioned, this company's customer service is really poor. I ordered a planner in mid-November and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent multiple emails to their support team, and I got one reply saying they were looking into it and they'd help, but nothing else. It's shocking for a company that's supposed to have a good reputation.
I really didn't want to give them even one star. First, their website messed up my delivery address. I saw the problem in my confirmation and tried to contact support by email, but the message bounced back. I then tried their contact form and Facebook to fix the address to what I'd originally typed in. They just said no and that they're here to help, which is total nonsense. I asked to cancel the order but they said their terms don't allow it. I corrected them on my consumer rights and they said they'd pass it to the cancellation team to check. I'd rather write with a stick on rocks than deal with them again. Two days and tons of messages later, they shipped the order to the wrong address. I'm filing disputes with my card company and payment service to get my money back. Completely terrible company. Update: The cancelled order arrived anyway and they picked it back up, sent it back to Italy signed for, and now they've stopped replying to my refund requests.
Moleskine should be embarrassed by how they treat customers. I made a purchase two months ago for two planners that still haven't shown up. I've had to keep emailing their support over and over asking for updates or a refund, and they either give vague responses about waiting to hear from the shipping company or don't respond at all. I even asked to speak with a manager and was ignored. It's shocking that they'd charge people, not deliver the items, and refuse to refund the money.
The returns process is a nightmare. If you need to send something back, you have to use their contact form, they'll email you, and then they tell you to ship it tracked to an Italian address. That costs at least $13, which is probably more than what you bought. You only get 14 days to deal with it too. Just get your stuff from somewhere else or buy from online retailers instead.
