I've purchased this brand for years without problems until now. My order was significantly delayed and when I tried asking about the status, I got no response. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to discover that all the items seemed to have no scent. I'll have to add essential oils myself to get any fragrance. This will be my last purchase from them.

I placed a big order without checking the ingredient list first, which turned out to be a mistake. Turns out a lot of their products contain some pretty questionable chemicals. I had always thought this brand was mostly plant-based, so I feel misled. I'll use what I ordered, but I won't be ordering from them again. It's hard to find truly clean products these days.

I received one of my two refill bottles of hand soap only about two-thirds full, even though both bottles arrived sealed. This is clearly a manufacturing issue on their end. After using the full bottle to refill my pump dispenser, I noticed the previously empty bottle now looks like it has equal contents. So essentially, I'm missing a full pump bottle's worth of product. I feel shortchanged, especially since I shop online and can't inspect items before purchasing. I'm requesting a refund and won't be ordering from Mrs. Meyers again.

The pump bottle I received doesn't actually pump. I tried calling to report the issue but the contact number is no longer valid. I attempted using their email contact form, but it won't accept my information. The soap itself is fine but nothing special or more pure than other brands out there.

This morning I opened my third bottle of Mrs. Meyers all purpose cleaner and the spray mechanism broke. Now I either have to pour it onto a sponge or invest in a replacement sprayer. The product quality is fine, but this is the last time I'm buying it because of reliability issues like this.

I used to really enjoy their dish soap, but something's definitely changed for the worse. I'm pretty sure they've reformulated it because it just doesn't work the same anymore. It doesn't cut grease nearly as well as it used to, and the suds disappear way too fast. I can't recommend this product to anyone looking for quality.

I've been a longtime fan of Mrs. Meyer's hand soap and grab it regularly from my local store. The bottle design is really nice, but I do have some frustrations. The refill bottle's handle is too wide to fit properly on a funnel when topping off the pump dispenser, which makes the whole process annoying. Would be great if they offered the refill in a gallon size too. On a separate note, I'm concerned about the health claims regarding some of the ingredients being used in their formulations.

I placed an order a few days ago and never got an order confirmation email or any follow-up. The website claims it shipped in three separate packages, but FedEx hasn't received them yet. I'm done with Mrs. Meyers.

I got a shipping notice and waited two weeks before checking in. They refused to refund me and claimed it was FedEx's fault, but FedEx confirmed they never received the package. After Mrs. Meyers made me wait another week, suddenly the tracking updated. The real problem was I ordered nine of a seasonal item and only got three. After reaching out, they eventually refunded me three days later, though I'd asked them to send the missing product instead. I ordered a full year's supply when items restocked, but some things like fabric softener still aren't available. The customer service reps on the phone can be pretty rude too. I'm looking at switching to different brands.
