I've had good experiences ordering from Mrs. Meyers in the past, but my most recent purchase was a total letdown. I placed my order in mid-August and it never showed up. A shipping label was generated, but FedEx says they never got the package. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they completely ignored me. I've been seeing the same complaints all over social media too, with lots of people saying their orders aren't arriving and they're not getting their money back. This company has lost my business for good.

I ordered cleaners directly from the company to avoid paying retail markups. Unfortunately, only half of what I ordered actually shipped, but they charged me for the entire order! I've called multiple times and each time they gave me false information about a refund that's supposedly coming. Their customer service team is terrible and the representatives clearly don't know what they're talking about. I will never shop with this company again.

They're one of my go-to companies to order from. I love the scent options and their whole product range is fantastic. Their cleaning products work amazing and I feel good using them around the house, especially with five kids around. Everything performs well without harsh chemicals.
