This is a total scam. The mower deck showed up three days late and it was bent so badly that trying to bend it back would have damaged the welds. Plus it had paint missing. I sent pictures like customer service asked, but got a mailbox full error every time. After several more calls with no callbacks, someone finally said they received the images and would call me back the next day. They didn't. I called again and they said they never actually got them. It's clear they were just giving me the runaround. I still don't have a working part and I've had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from MTD products.

Do not buy from this company. I paid extra for next day shipping but never got a confirmation number. When I called to ask about it, they told me they don't have one on file and that I won't see anything until the following week. This is really frustrating and I'm warning others to stay away.

Got a lawn mower through Walmart and ran into problems right away. The handle assembly should be straightforward, just lift it up, tighten some screws and you're done. But only one side was assembled correctly. They sent replacement screws later, but it turned out the holes on the other side weren't drilled properly, which explains why they skipped that step at the factory. Instead of fixing this before shipping, they rushed it out anyway. Now they're asking me to haul it to a dealer for repairs, which is a huge waste of my time. All because of sloppy quality checks. I'm done with them.
