Terrible experience with this company. My order didn't ship until two weeks had gone by, and even then it only happened because I called them up. The person I spoke with promised it would go out the next day but that clearly never happened. Just avoid them altogether.

Steer clear unless you want to lose money! I ordered a serum and they took my payment without hesitation, but that was it. Update: They eventually reached out and gave me a credit note so at least I'm getting something back. They said they're having delivery problems and there will be more delays, so I asked for a full refund instead. Really wish they'd responded to my emails faster though.

Stay away from these crooks! My bank is in the process of disputing a charge of $271 that they fraudulently took from me. They also demanded I pay an additional $350 for insurance and threatened me with legal action if I didn't comply. They even called me using a US number but I could tell from their accent they weren't in America. I stood my ground and they hung up once they realized I wasn't falling for their scheme.
