My order arrived surprisingly fast and I got regular updates about the production along the way. When I opened it to preview before giving it to my wife for Christmas, I was really impressed. It's not absolutely perfect, like my pup had one eye with two different colors which is a small thing they didn't quite capture, but overall it looks great and I know she'll love it.
