Ordered a demo Swarovski spotting scope online and my card went through fine. Then the next day I got an email claiming my billing address didn't match, demanding I fix it via email or phone or lose the order. My billing address was spot on (been using it for decades), which I confirmed in my reply. After hours of silence and not wanting to miss out on their special pricing, I called their customer service line. The rep couldn't actually identify any problem with the address info but then insisted I wire transfer funds because I was apparently a new customer making a pricey purchase around $4500. That raised huge alarm bells since requiring wire transfer basically eliminates buyer protection. The bank had already okayed the charge, so there was zero legitimate reason to push this except to benefit them if something went wrong. This felt like a complete scam. I backed out of the deal. Their customer service practices are sketchy and inappropriate.

Placed my order early morning on October 13 and followed up a few days later. They told me they were dealing with problems at their new warehouse that had them running 5-8 business days behind on orders. Problem is they already charged my card that same day but couldn't actually get my items shipped out. A full week went by before I even got a tracking number. While they did eventually communicate and provide updates, the fact that they took my money before being ready to ship is frustrating.

Bought a 7 round magazine for my Ruger LCP 380 and the price looked decent initially. Then I saw the shipping charge: $19.14 to send a 7 ounce empty magazine. Took them 3 days just to hand it off to USPS and then 7 more days for priority mail delivery. If you enjoy getting overcharged on shipping, this is your place.

Found exactly what I was looking for: hard-to-locate night sights for my Smith and Wesson M&P. Got the Ameriglo Trooper model with green luminescent paint. Outstanding company that shipped everything right on schedule.

Searched everywhere in the UK for the Leupold FullDraw 5 archery rangefinder but had no luck locally. After checking Leupold's authorized dealer list and reading positive feedback online, I decided to give Natchez Outdoors a shot. Most other dealers were charging the full manufacturer price of $499.99, but this company undercut that by $100. They threw in complimentary 3-day express shipping via FedEx, though the carrier left my package outside in wet weather at my friend's place. My buddy grabbed it before anything happened, and thankfully Natchez did excellent packaging that kept everything safe. The device arrived in perfect condition and was a steal at the discounted price. While FedEx's handling wasn't ideal, that's not on Natchez. Absolutely would order from them again for hard-to-find outdoor gear. Five stars, highly recommended.

Don't waste your money buying from these guys. We received a 50 round drum magazine that looked absolutely destroyed, like something had beaten it up. When we asked about it, they demanded we cover the cost of return shipping. It took arguing back and forth to finally get them to refund us for both the item and shipping. The staff admitted over the phone they don't inspect merchandise before packing it out, and getting someone on the line to deal with issues is a nightmare.

Great spot for purchasing outdoor gear. They've got solid pricing and regular deals running. My order took a while to arrive, but given the distance to my location that seems reasonable. Really impressed with how much they keep in stock despite everything going on with supply issues these days. Excellent variety of products available.
